I don’t think better reps exists on the market. The shoes were shipped 9 days after order and were received in 5 days after. So 2 weeks total for me to receive my goods which was surprisingly fast as I had placed the order 4 days before Christmas so right during the holiday rush. The shoe quality is an absolute 10 materials, stiching, no glue stains. Fit true to size, very comfortable and durable. Nothing bad to say about them, on the other hand the box they came in gives them a dead giveaway they’re not official (paper too small, box tag color slightly off, and a big Japanese label sticker stuck directly on the shoe box). My overall experience was a 10/10. I was always able to reach someone directly for questions. Highly recommend purchasing from them very good products and shipping was a lot quicker than similar sites. **Also note I have worn them a handful of times which is the small scuffs and blemishes you see the shoes came factory brand new.**
